We want ContentChaser to be worth every cent. If it isn’t, here is how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy with a paid plan, email us at contentchaser.app@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund that charge in full. No questions asked.

After 14 days

Charges older than 14 days are not refundable, including partial months. You can still cancel at any time: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your payment receipt.

Free plan

The Free plan never charges you, so there is nothing to refund.
