Auto follow-up sent to Sarah · day 5 “Hi Sarah! Just 3 things left and we can launch your new site 🎉 It takes about 10 minutes.”

The design is done. The content isn’t.

Clients aren’t copywriters, and this isn’t their job. So the project sits in limbo, and so does your final invoice.

The site is built. The About page is still lorem ipsum.

Your launch date slips week after week while you wait on three paragraphs.

Photos in email, logo on WhatsApp, logins on a sticky note.

You spend hours digging through threads to find the one file you need.

I hate sending the fourth “just checking in” email.

Chasing clients feels awkward, and it eats the time you should spend designing.

One link. One checklist. Zero chasing.

Set it up in two minutes at kickoff, then forget about it until everything is in.

Pick a web design template

Start from ready-made checklists: brand kit, copy for each page, photos, and domain & hosting access. Tweak anything.

Send your client one link

No account, no password, no app. They upload files and type answers item by item, and can stop and come back later.

ContentChaser does the chasing

Friendly reminders go out on a schedule you choose and list exactly what’s missing. They stop the moment it’s all in.

Built for web projects, not for “any document”

Generic file-request tools make you build everything from scratch. ContentChaser speaks web design.

Page-by-page copy

Ask for content per page with hints like word counts and examples, so you don’t get a 3,000-word essay for a hero section.

Smart follow-ups

Reminders that list only the missing items, sent from your name, on the schedule you pick.

Logins kept private

Access details go in protected fields and never travel through email threads.

Progress at a glance

See every client project and exactly what’s blocking it on one dashboard.

Download organized

Get everything as one ZIP, sorted by page and section, ready to drop into WordPress, Webflow or Framer.

Your brand, not ours

Add your logo and colors to the client page so it looks like part of your process.

Simple pricing for freelancers

Planned pricing at launch. Waitlist members get the founding price, locked in for as long as they stay subscribed.

Questions

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. They get a private link that works on phone or laptop. They can save progress and come back later without a password.

How is this different from a Google Form or a shared Drive folder?

Forms and folders don’t know what’s missing, and they don’t chase anyone. ContentChaser tracks each item, sends reminders about only what’s still missing, and gives you everything organized by page.

When does it launch?

We’re onboarding waitlist members in small groups first. Join and you’ll get an email as soon as your spot opens.

Will the reminders annoy my clients?

You control the tone and the schedule. The default messages are short and friendly, and they stop as soon as everything is received.
