Terms of Service

Last updated: September 13, 2026

These terms apply when you use ContentChaser (“the service”), including the website, the app and the client links it creates. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

ContentChaser is operated by an independent software developer based in Brazil (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contentchaser.app@gmail.com.

2. The service

ContentChaser helps web designers and agencies collect website content from their clients through a shared checklist link. The service is in early access and under active development, so features may change as we improve it.

3. Your account

4. Plans and payments

ContentChaser offers a Free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance every month and renew automatically until you cancel.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

If we change prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change affects your subscription.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your content

You and your clients own the content you put into ContentChaser. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for having the right to collect the content you request, and for handling your clients’ information lawfully. Only request login details your client is allowed to share.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Availability

We work hard to keep ContentChaser running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of important files.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or project delays. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will change the date at the top of this page, and email you about significant changes before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own country.
